Our App is designed to operate entirely locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Your video files, their content, filenames, or metadata.
Your viewing history, preferences, or playback habits.

Any data from third-party services (e.g., social media accounts).
To provide core playback functionality, the App requests the following permissions:
Storage Access: To read video files stored on your device or external storage (SD card) for playback.
Network Access (Optional): Only if you choose to stream videos from network sources (e.g., via UPnP, DLNA, or URLs). We do not monitor or log network activity.
Prevent Sleep: To keep the screen active during video playback.
All accessed data remains strictly on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries.
Since we collect no personal or usage data, we have nothing to share, sell, or disclose to any third party.
Our App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us immediately for removal.
The App offers an optional paid membership subscription service, with the primary benefit being ad-free access (removal of all advertisements). Subscription is an optional value-added service; non-subscription does not affect the core video playback functionality of the App.

c. Relationship Between Advertisements and Membership Benefits
For non-subscribed users: The App displays legitimate and compliant third-party advertisements. To enable ad delivery, targeting, and performance measurement, advertising SDKs collect necessary data for ad attribution and statistics (such as advertising identifiers, device information, etc.).For subscribed (membership) users: Upon successful subscription, all advertisements are automatically removed. As a result, data collection activities associated with ad display and serving will cease accordingly.
d. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time directly within the Google Play app, including viewing details, modifying settings, canceling the subscription, or requesting a refund. After cancellation, membership benefits (including ad removal) will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which advertisements will reappear.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new policy.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
